Our 8-Step Cleaning Process

Step 1: Pre-Inspection & Pickup

Step 2: Dry Soil Removal

Step 3: Pre-Condition

Step 5: Wash

Our state-of-the-art washtub will clean your rugs gently and thoroughly. It consists of paddle wheels, which mimic the gentle motion of hand and river washing. Step 6: Rinse

Step 7: Dry & Finish

Once the rug is removed from the centrifuge, it is hung for final drying in a controlled environment. When the rug is dry, it is combed and finished with soft groomers made for specialty rugs.

Step 8: Post Inspection & Delivery

Our cleaning specialist will give the rug a final inspection and release it for pick up or delivery. Your rug will be wrapped in brown craft paper to protect it from dust and environmental soils until it is picked up or delivered. Upon delivery, we will lay the rug for you if requested.
